The chronomation.ai redesign just landed — six rounds of the autonomous build loop, JSON-LD breadth pass, a footer cleanup. The benchmarking essay on memory systems went up on the writing page yesterday. Aman is deepening the agentic memory flagship into a proper technical walkthrough this week. Aryan is closing two coaching-vertical pilots and embedding with a Mumbai CA firm next Tuesday.
What's eating our reading time.
Memory-system benchmarking — the gap between "demo retrieval works" and "production retrieval works at the 95th-percentile query" is wider than the papers admit. Sampling discipline: how to pick eval sets that don't lie to you. The new Claude prompt-caching patterns and what they let us push to the edge. We're also rereading The Mom Test for the third time because client conversations keep surfacing the same pattern of polite lies.
What's not getting our hours.
Cold-outreach RFPs, agency white-label work, anything that asks us to ghost-build under another studio's name, "AI strategy" workshops with no shipping at the end, hiring (we're staying two-founder this year), VC pitches (the May letter explains why), conferences for the sake of being seen. We're allergic to roadmaps that are 60% hiring plan and 40% product.

WhatsApp is the fastest path — Aryan picks up. LinkedIn works for the technical thread (Aman replies). Email if it's contractual. We don't do Slack-Connect, we don't do "quick syncs", we don't run a Discord. One inbound channel, one human picking up.
