Chronos CA runs on your Windows machine. Your notices never touch our servers except for OCR, and you control which OCR provider — Tesseract locally, Gemini Vision only if you choose. We don’t have telemetry on notice contents. We never see your clients’ data.

What happens if Chronomation shuts down?
Chronos CA is a desktop app. If we disappear tomorrow:
- Your installed copy keeps working — it’s on your machine, not our server.
- Your data stays accessible — SQLite file, Google Calendar, Google Sheet, Telegram. We don’t hold any of it.
- We will publish source for the desktop client to a public repository under a permissive license. This commitment is in your contract.
- We escrow the build pipeline with a third party so auto-update keeps working for 12 months post-wind-down.
We’re not planning to shut down. We’re planning so you don’t have to worry if we ever do.
