Co-founder · ops & client conversations

Aryan Shetty

I'm the first voice every prospect hears. Ops, sales, client embeds, partnerships, finance — everything that isn't code. If you message us at 11 PM, the WhatsApp is on my phone.

What I ship

Five things that aren't code.

  • Client conversations. Every first call. I find out what you actually need versus what you said you need — usually two different things — and translate it into a scope Aman can build in 14 days.
  • The 14-day kickoff. Scoping, milestone planning, the explicit-exit clause for pilots, the "we fix what we break" warranty. By day 14 you've seen software working, not slides.
  • The 2-day embed. When the work calls for it, I show up in person. Sit with your team. Watch the actual workflow. Most "requirements docs" miss the thing that matters until you've watched someone use the existing tool for an hour.
  • Ops + finance. Invoicing, contracts, vendor management, the boring infrastructure that keeps a 2-founder studio running without a back office.
  • The honest no. If we can't ship what you need in the timeline you need it in, I say so on the first call. The studio's reputation is worth more than a quarter of revenue.

How I think

Pick up the phone. Show up in person.

Most agency relationships die in the gap between sales and delivery. The person who quoted the timeline isn't the person who built it, the person who built it isn't the person who supports it, and by the time something breaks you're on ticket number four with someone who's never read your codebase. We don't run that play. If you signed with Chronomation, you have two phone numbers — mine and Aman's — and both of us read every message.

The 2-day embed is the part of our process I'd protect with a knife. You learn more sitting next to someone for two days than you do in twenty discovery calls. Half the time, the feature the prospect asked for isn't the feature they need. The other half, they've been working around a problem so long they've stopped noticing it.

I'm warm on the call and blunt on the scope. Those aren't in conflict. The kindest thing I can do is tell you on day one whether the timeline is real.

Where to find me

WhatsApp first. Always.

For first conversations, WhatsApp is the fastest path to me. Email and LinkedIn both work — I just check WhatsApp more often. If you want a call, send a 2-line message about what you're building and I'll book a slot the same day. If you want to see what we run and what we're focused on before you ping, /uses and /now answer both.

What I'm working on right now

Three live tracks.

The client onboarding pipeline. Rewriting our intake flow so the first 14 days are a tighter loop — day-by-day milestones, written acceptance criteria, an explicit checkpoint at day 7 where either side can call the pilot.

14-day kickoff conversations. Currently running discovery for three new prospects across SMB, D2C, and a clinic. Each one gets its own scoping document; none of them get a template.

Partnerships. Quiet conversations with two operators who refer the kind of work we're set up to do well. Slow, deliberate, no broker fees.
